- What is the Check In/ Check Out time?
Our Official check in time is at 1400 hrs & check out time is at 1200 hrs.
- Do I need to place a deposit upon arrival at your resort?
Yes, our resort requires a RM 300 deposit upon check-in.
- Can I make special requests?
Yes, but it is not guaranteed and is subject to Berjaya management approval.
- Do you provide Wi-Fi service?
Yes, WIFI services are available at the Lobby and Restaurant.
- What about cell phone coverage?
Yes, however the signal strength may vary from time to time as you are on an Island.
- Are diapers available at the resort?
No
- Are strollers available at the resort?
No
- Are baby sitting services available?
Yes, upon request. However, it is subject to availability.
- Do I need to bring an electrical adapter?
Electrical sockets (outlets) in Malaysia are the "Type G " British BS-1363 type. If your appliance's plug doesn't match the shape of these sockets, you will need a travel plug adapter in order to plug in. Travel plug adapters simply change the shape of your appliance's plug to match whatever type of socket you need to plug into.

Yes, we will give complimentary birthday cake (250g) for birthday falls during guest’s stay, if guest want to order birthday cake, please email us at sales@discoverytours.com.sg in advance for cake list & pricing. Pre-order at least 2 days in advance.
- Are there any Barbeque pits?
No.

Yes, we do have safety deposit boxes in all rooms.
- Is housekeeping available at the resort?
Yes.

- Are there any beds for children?
Yes, only for Superior & Deluxe Chalet. Maximum 1 for each room.

- What are the children activities at the resort?
Swimming Pool, Snorkeling, Banana Boat Ride, Water Bee Ride, Glass Bottom Boat Ride, depending on the child’s age and ability to swim.
- Is there any age requirement for Snorkelling?
No, as long the kids/adults are able to swim. Infants below 2 years old are not encouraged to Snorkel.
- Am I able to rent a private speedboat for my activities?
Yes
